Coach Cliff Latham, M.S.
11-time Brazos Valley's #1 Voted Personal Trainer, one magazine labeled Coach Cliff as "one of the nation's top leaders in personal wellness productivity". Exercise physiologist Cliff Latham has more than 25 years experience as a fitness & weight loss expert, university professor, strength and track and field coach where he was named Eight-Time Conference Track and Cross Country Coach of the Year.
From 1992 - 2001, Cliff coached several World and Olympic level track and field athletes, including 9 National Champions, 12 All-Americans, 1 American Record Holder (Bob Kennedy at Indiana University) and a Kansas State triple jump gold medalist in the 1996 Atlanta Olympics (Kenny Harrison at Kansas State). With stints at Kansas State University, Indiana University, Salisbury State and Texas A&M Universities, Cliff, his wife Monica, son William and daughter Elizabeth, call College Station, Texas home.
With a masters in exercise physiology and sports nutrition from Indiana University, Cliff has trained over 2650 clients to amazing transformations. Utilizing lessons learned from completion of the Ironman Triathlon (10:27), five sub-3 marathons (2:34:55), over 120-5K races (14:25 on the track, 15:20 road), over 120 triathlons (1:57, Olympic distance) and work with over 1300 collegiate athletes, Cliff and his team of coaches and trainers can help you run your first OR your fastest race!

Therapist Mary Campise
Mary is a miracle worker.
Period...
Starting as a massage therapist in 1998, she has honed her skills to work with runners, specifically knees, ankle and gait issues.
Mary is proficient at alleviating plantar faciitis, chondromalacia, joint issues, back issues and more, within a session or two.
She also helps with runners' gait analysis and either helps choose the proper shoes or works with the biomechanical imbalance to correct it.
