    Executive Private Training
    No running experience necessary
    $795/month + $59 annual fee
    (6 month minimum committment)

  • Your OWN one-on-one Private coaching on Tuesday and Thursday Speed work Days at 5:00 am OR 6:45 pm (please check Calendar tab for currently updated training schedule)
  • Saturday morning long run, based on race outcome and goals - you will run with your own private coach
  • We will also train on non-running days with a shorter run, a bike workout, core strengthening, flexibility, etc to ensure a reduction in injuries.
  • You will perfect your foot strike, shoe choices, running form, breathing techniques and the ability to listen to your body to push harder or go easier. In other words we will educate you on every aspect of training efficiently.
  • 6 month Individualized Training Plan based on your individual VO2max and lactate threshold
  • Individualized metabolic testing and nutritional planning
  • Unlimited access to your private coach throughout the day via email
