    On Ramp Running Program
    $79/month + $35 annual fee    
    Only 8 athletes accepted in the program at a time & you may join at anytime during the month. If the Start Running button is visible above, there is at least 1 spot available.

  • Tuesday and Thursday Running Days at 6:45 pm
  • Saturday morning long run, based on race outcome and goals
    (please check Calendar tab for currently updated training schedule)
  • Training Runs Coached and Monitored by former collegiate distance runners and coaches
