On Ramp Running Program
$79/month + $35 annual fee
Only 8 athletes accepted in the program at a time & you may join at anytime during the month. If the Start Running button is visible above, there is at least 1 spot available.
- Tuesday and Thursday Running Days at 6:45 pm
- Saturday morning long run, based on race outcome and goals
(please check Calendar tab for currently updated training schedule)
- Training Runs Coached and Monitored by former collegiate distance runners and coaches
- Individualized nutritional planning
- Unlimited access to coaches throughout the day via email
